Liability Waiver

Our company is participating as a vendor hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risks:
- I understand that participation in the event involves certain risks and hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and any related activities.

2. Release of Liability:
- I release and discharge Veterans Center, its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation in the event.

3. Acknowledgment of Rules:
- I agree to comply with all event rules and regulations provided by the Organizer.

4. Governing Law:
- This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia

I have read and understand this Liability Waiver. I sign it voluntarily, intending to be legally bound.

Release of Image/Video Consent Form for Vendors

Consent Statement:
We hereby grant Veterans Center and its representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video recordings, or other media that may feature me, my booth, or my products/services, taken during the events selected above for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

Use of Images/Video:
I understand that the images or videos may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and news releases.

No Compensation:
I agree that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images/videos.

Release and Waiver:
I hereby release and discharge Veterans Center, its representatives, and any third parties acting under its authority, from any liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with the use of the images/videos.

Confidentiality:
I understand and agree that the images/videos may be made available to the public and may be subject to access and viewing by third parties.

Revocation of Consent:
I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to [Your Organization's Name], but such revocation will not affect any images/videos previously published.

Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the terms of this Release of Image/Video Consent Form and that I have signed it voluntarily and without any inducement or assurance of any nature.

Indemnification Agreement for Vendors

1. Indemnification Obligation:
Vendor, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Organization's Name] and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers (collectively referred to as the "Indemnitees") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits (collectively referred to as "Claims"), including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with Vendor's participation in the events selected above.

2. Scope of Indemnification:
This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, Claims arising from:

a. Injury or harm to any person, including Vendor's employees, event attendees, or third parties.

b. Damage to property, including property owned by Vendor, other vendors, event attendees, or third parties.

c. Violation of any laws, regulations, or ordinances by Vendor during the event.

d. Breach of any terms or conditions outlined in the Vendor Agreement for the signed for above

3. Exceptions:
Vendor's indemnification obligation shall not apply to Claims resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Veterans Center

4. Notification:
Vendor agrees to promptly notify Veterans Center in writing of any Claim or potential Claim as soon as Vendor becomes aware of it.

5. Defense and Settlement:
Vendor acknowledges that Veterans Center shall have the right to control the defense and settlement of any Claim for which it is seeking indemnification. Vendor agrees to cooperate fully with Veterans Center in the defense and settlement of such Claims.

6. Insurance:
Vendor shall maintain insurance coverage adequate to cover its indemnification obligations under this agreement and shall provide evidence of such coverage to Veterans Center upon request.

7. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

8. Entire Agreement:
This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

9. Execution:
This Indemnification Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

By signing below, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions of this Indemnification Agreement.
