Policies

  • Weather: Rain-or-shine. Severe weather may delay activities; no refunds for weather-related interruptions.
  • Refunds: Cancellations received 7+ days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds within 7 days of the event.
  • Power & Generators: Limited electrical service is available by reservation. Quiet generators only; must be inspected at load-in.
  • Sales Tax & Licensing: Vendors are responsible for their own tax collection, reporting, and required licenses/permits.
  • Insurance: COI naming Vets Central and the City of Lovejoy as additional insureds is required for food vendors and strongly encouraged for all vendors.
  • Code of Conduct: We maintain a family-friendly environment. Harassment, hate speech, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

FAQ

When will I receive my space assignment?
Confirmed vendors receive maps and instructions the week of the event.

Do you supply tents/tables?
Vendors bring their own. Limited rentals may be available for a fee upon request.

How do I provide my COI?
Upload it in the application form or email it to info@vetscenterinc.org

Is water available?
Potable water is not provided; please plan accordingly. Food trucks must be self-contained.

Do you accept duplicate categories?
We limit similar vendors to ensure variety. Apply early to secure your category.

How do I pay?
Approved vendors receive an invoice link by email (card/ACH accepted).
